Ceramic fiber board

Ceramic fiber board is aluminum silicate fiber board, a board made of refractory materials. Even after heating, it maintains good mechanical strength and is a rigid and supportive fiber insulation product compared to fiber blankets and felt.

The production principle of ceramic fiber board:

Using jet blown fibers (short, fine, easily broken and mixed) as the raw material for ceramic fiber boards, adding a certain proportion of binder and filler grade additives, and passing through a beater, the fibers are fully dispersed into a slurry in the mixing tank. Pump into the forming pool and stir with compressed air. Place the mold into the forming pool and use the principle of vacuum pumping to adsorb the fiber slurry onto the mold. Accurately control the adsorption time, vacuum dehydrate and demould the wet fiber material, and place it on a tray and send it to a drying oven for 10-24 hours. The dried fiberboard is precisely controlled in size through dedicated grinding and edge cutting machines.
