Ceramic fiber board

Noun interpretation

Ceramic fiberboard is aluminum silicate fiberboard, a refractory material. “Even after heating, it maintains good mechanical strength. This product is a fiber insulation product that is rigid and has a supporting strength compared to fiber blankets and blankets.”.

Production principle

Blown fibers (short, fine, easily broken and mixed) are used as the raw material for ceramic fiber boards, with a certain proportion of binder and filler grade additives added. After passing through a beater, they are fully dispersed into a slurry in the mixing tank. Pump into the forming tank and stir with compressed air. Put the mold into the molding pool and use the principle of vacuum pumping to adsorb the fiber slurry onto the mold. Accurately control the adsorption time, vacuum dehydrate the wet fiber material, demould it, and place it on a tray and send it to a drying furnace for 10-24 hours. The dried fiberboard is accurately controlled in size through a dedicated grinding machine and edge cutting machine.
